Well that was fast. On Thursday the FAA announced that it would allow personal devices to be turned on during all phases of flight from takeoff to landing. The popular live streaming app Periscope today announced a much-welcomed update to its iOS app. The update, which bumps the app to version 1.1.3, includes a couple of new features and tweaks.
